Pilates for injury prevention
The trouble with taking a gym pilates class is they often filled so full the instructor does not have time to watch your form. When you are recovering from injury, form is so essential to build up all of the muscles around your injury and take the stress of problem areas. We will keep an eye on any potential niggles and watch your form so you can exercise with confidence, support your body and prevent injury!
You only get one body – Make sure you look after it.
Pilates is a great way to strengthen and support the whole body… not to mention being great for some “me time”.
When is the class:
Classes will be on Wednesday Evenings at 6:30pm – 730pm.

Here in the Sportsmed Gym.
What do I need to bring?
We will supply mats, rings, balls and rollers so all you need to do is bring a towel. Feel free to bring along your own mat if you have one.
How much does the class cost?
You can grab a 10 consession card for $150 (that works out to $15 a session) or just come on a casual basis for $20.
