  Bring or wear your sports clothing and footwear so we can assess you and your gear during your appointment.

  ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY

  Arrive at your appointment and we will get to work on your injury. Remember to allow time to find a car park. If you are a new patient come ten minutes early to complete some paperwork.

  Follow the advice given. It’s so easy to forget to do those daily exercises but they really make the world of difference to your recovery.
